After an 18-month-long restoration, Leonardo da Vinci’s Virgin and Child with Saint Anne is now on view at the Louvre. While many believe the deep cleaning was necessary, others are convinced that the project affected the integrity of the centuries old painting. If only I could fly to Paris and judge for myself!

“Saint Anne, Leonardo da Vinci’s Ultimate Masterpiece” includes more than 100 preparatory drawings and studies by Leonardo and his students. The show is on view at the Louvre now through June 25.
